Swiss Fund — Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Swiss Fund is a free budgeting app, provided as-is, for your own personal use. A short list of what that means in practice is below.

The app & Swiss Fund Pro

Swiss Fund is free to download and use. Swiss Fund Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase — not a subscription — that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details, and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To request one, use Apple's own report a problem page or contact Apple Support.

Not financial advice

Swiss Fund helps you track your own budget. Nothing in the app — including exchange rates, stock and crypto prices, or net-worth figures — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market and pricing data may be delayed, cached, or simply wrong; treat it as informational only, and check anything important against your bank, broker, or a licensed advisor before acting on it.

Your data is your responsibility

Everything you enter lives on your device (and, if you use them, your Apple Watch and widget, via a shared App Group). We don't hold a copy anywhere. Use the in-app JSON backup/export to keep your own copy — especially before deleting the app, switching phones, or trying something experimental.

Provided "as is"

The app is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fredinho is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including decisions made based on inaccurate exchange rates, prices, or budget figures, or from data lost because it wasn't backed up.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date at the top.
